Terms of Use
These terms of use govern the use of this website and registration for the waitlist of the "OneClick" product of Hielscher Consulting GmbH. This is a translation for convenience; the German version is legally authoritative.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to signing up for the waitlist. By using the website you agree to these terms. The provider is Hielscher Consulting GmbH, Leonie-Ossowski-Promenade 11, 68309 Mannheim.
2. Service description and waitlist
The website provides information about OneClick, a product under development. Signing up for the waitlist is non-binding and free of charge. Registration creates no claim to provision, availability or any particular feature set of the product, and no contract for paid services. Any price information (e.g. beta price) is a non-binding announcement and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. User obligations
You warrant that you provide truthful information when signing up and only use contact data that is your own or that you are authorised to use. Abusive, automated or unlawful use of the website and the form is prohibited.
4. Liability
We provide the website with reasonable care but give no warranty of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or the currency of content. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health or breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations); in cases of slight negligence liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded.
5. Links to external content
Where this website links to external third-party websites, we have no influence over their content and accept no liability for it. The operators of the linked pages are always responsible for their content.
6. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms of use with effect for the future, e.g. due to changes in the law or further development of the service. The version published at the time of use applies.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the user is habitually resident remain unaffected.
